! I did my research prior to reaching out to Jennifer regarding listing the house. Aside from positive reviews, I discovered that she aggressively advertised her listings (print, digital, FB, etc). When I met with Jennifer in person she came prepared with 3 different price rate sheets inclusive of est. net profit, had done a complete work up of property comps and reviewed each one with me. The property was being sold as is, so we discussed a pricing strategy based on comps, how long houses in "sold" comps were on the market, the time frame that I wanted to sell the house along with the net income I wanted to walk away with. Jennifer went above and beyond with getting the house prepped for selling from arranging the landscaping to getting cleaned up, the interior cleaned, professional photos that made the house look amazing online for the listing, etc. When the house was listed, it was priced right for the market, garnered a strong interest and multiple showings. Within four weeks we had multiple offers and sold the house in record time. Jennifer's help and assistance didn't stop at the paperwork being signed. She helped throughout the closing process and was in constant communication on everything. I 100% recommend Jennifer and will definitely utilize her again if the need to sell a house in the area arises!

We were put in contact with Jennifer through Homes.com. From the first phone through closing she was the for us. Trying to buy a vacation home while living over 1,000 miles away could have difficult. She answered our texts and emails almost immediately and when asked for advice she provided sound guidance. Touring potential homes met our want list and she looked at each viewing with knowledge about the good, the questionable, and the thought that we might want to keep looking. She would do video tours and send them to us. Each video would have a commentary that would include the positives and the negatives. We knew we could trust what she said. We finally found the one and couldn't be happier. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone who wants a realtor who makes the client feel they are her only client and that she only wants the best result for them.

Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home and is a stressful process. Luckily, I found Jennifer Bettencourt. She made the process easy; she was always available to provide me with the information that I needed and held my hand through the entire process. Jennifer went above and beyond and I highly recommend her.

Our experience with Jennifer Bettencourt was wonderful! She made everything pleasant and I feel like she had our best interest at heart and was not just about making a sale. She was patient with us and made sure we got into a house we loved instead of one we might have been willing to settle for that wasn’t our favorite. It was by luck that I got her to assist me, as I am newer in town and didn't know anyone personally. She answered a call to view a property on a Saturday. She came out and ended up showing me a few homes that day. I was unprepared and she helped me with someone to get me prequalified. She was kind and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. Jennifer is very helpful and thoughtful and was always there when I need a question answered. If she didn't know, she would get back to me within minutes, and maybe even again with more information. Jenn showed she is very familiar with the entire surrounding housing areas, including Fort Mojave and down towards Topoc. Professionally, when she walks into a house she's showing, the first things she looks for are the things most buyers usually do not. Then she explains why something could be a problem later. Very important and I was very impressed with that. She never imposed her opinion on anything I liked or didn't like. I never felt any pressure from her. Most important to me was when I wanted to close escrow early and she made it happen. She was always on time for my appointments and sometimes already waiting at the house. To sum it up, she is a very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly person. After receiving the key to my new home, we sat around and shared stories. Jenn shared some funny amazing stories of her history here in Bullhead. I would certainly call upon Jennifer's service again, if the time came, but I will certainly recommend her to my family or friends for her real estate services. She is a very delightful person. Finding a new home and moving is a daunting enough task, let alone from 2000 miles away. Jennifer Bettencourt's name was provided by my cousin, a realtor in Nevada, after discussing my moving plans within her circle of real estate professionals, so I felt better going into this knowing that she was being recommended by her peers. It started with a phone call during which she explained the entire process. She was very professional, yet caring and understanding of what we were taking on. She discussed our "wants and needs" for our new home, and began sending us listings of appropriate properties. The website used allowed us to leave comments or ask questions about specific homes and add/designate favorites or remove homes from the list. She read all of our comments, provided timely answers to our questions, and gleaned a greater understanding of what we were looking for through the process. Not knowing the area, we did not have a selection for title company, lender, or inspector. She provided us referrals (all of whom were excellent). Not always knowing the right questions to ask initially, we learned quickly that we could rely on her expertise to keep us informed. We made "home hunting" trips to the area and she scheduled viewings such that we were able to make the most of our time, without lengthy lulls between homes. While viewing, she explained some differences with homes and life in Arizona that we might not have experienced while living in the midwest. Additionally, she pointed out any items that could be potential concerns as we toured each home. Once we identified a "forever home" she again explained the process, from offer to final walkthrough, prepared all of the paperwork needed for each step, and made sure that all timelines were met. There were also changes to real estate laws taking place in the midst of our process, but we never experienced a hiccup. As we drove, she even pointed out great restaurants, unique shops, and "best places for...."

She is 1300 miles away, but communication seemed as though she was right here. She never made me feel as if I was bothering her; always ready to answer any questions or concerns. She put me in touch with other professionals that I needed for plumbing, home inspection, etc. This was definitely helpful. She also took additional videos of several homes I had chosen so that I would get a closer look at the details. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.
